Return & Exchange Policy

At Snaacc Blink Fits, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached, and the seal tag should not be broken.

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Accessories, innerwear, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Contact our customer service at return@snaacc.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

• Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If returning a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos for verification.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
